Once you access the Client Access Portal, you will be directed to your Dashboard. On the top left hand corner you will see you Case Name and Case Number.

Change Language Option

Language setting option is located on the top bar. Click on icon to change the language option. There are 2 language options available English and Spanish.

Based on your current case status, you will one or more of these widgets on your Dashboard

·         Current Case Status

·         Day benefits are added to your EBT card

·         Next Appointment Date

·         Recertification Date.

Case Notification

Links to complete the following forms will automatically be displayed on your Dashboard when it’s time to do so.

·         Semi-annual/annual Review

·         Recertification

 

Change Reporting

Links to report the following changes to your case are available on the right-hand side of the Dashboard.

·         Report an increase in income

·         Report an Address Change

Function Menu

You can access different functions from your left-hand menu. Click on any of the left menu item to see the sub menu for each menu item. Select a function, click on the sub menu item.

Dashboard will bring you back to the Dashboard

Account Information will be able to manage authorized representatives and unlink your FA case from MYDHR, update your contact information.

Benefit Information is where you can find your allotment history; view outstanding verification items, EBT retailers, report lost/stolen EBT card and print SNAP benefit form, update contact information, and complete the semi annual/annual review.

Forms menu is where you will be able to print and submit verification forms, file a general complaint or a discrimination complaint and complete your Annual/Semi-annual or Recertification forms.

Contact Us is where you will be able to get directions to the county office of that handles your case, request hearing, request to reschedule interview appointment and report income increase.
